Cassesi completed a full renovation of Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux in New Orleans, LA, transforming a historic building into a modern and inviting dining space while preserving its architectural integrity. The project involved a complete interior demolition, followed by a meticulously designed rebuild, featuring a newly designed bar, custom-built banquette seating, and a custom bar rig, all crafted for functionality and aesthetic appeal.

To enhance guest capacity and experience, the renovation included adding additional square footage to the existing balcony, extending it to accommodate the renovation and new ground up addition, while maintaining structural integrity and aesthetic consistency with the building’s historic charm. Additionally, Cassesi constructed a ground-up 5,000-square-foot multi-level structure to support future expansion plans. The exterior of the building underwent a dramatic transformation, with a complete facade renovation, including the removal of the original front wall and the installation of new front doors, creating a refreshed and welcoming entrance.

Through expert craftsmanship and innovative design, Cassesi successfully modernized Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux, elevating both the dining experience and the architectural presence of this historic location.
