Cassesi successfully completed the full renovation of JAMNOLA, transforming the historic Binder Bakery into a vibrant and uniquely New Orleans-inspired pop museum. This historical building project carefully preserved key architectural elements while integrating modern upgrades, including a full interior buildout with a sprinkler system, HVAC system, plumbing, and all essential mechanical and electrical components.
The renovation included the creation of a white box space designed for a future restaurant buildout, ensuring flexibility for future use. Additionally, the project incorporated a dedicated area for the company's gift shop, enhancing the visitor experience. To honor New Orleans’ rich artistic culture, exhibit walls were constructed to showcase local artists’ work, establishing JAMNOLA as a creative hub for immersive expression.
Through thoughtful design and expert craftsmanship, Cassesi delivered a space that seamlessly blends history, culture, and innovation, resulting in a one-of-a-kind destination that truly captures the spirit of New Orleans.
